Our Story
M&J Demolition and Remodeling LLC was built on a simple idea: a remodel should be handled by one crew that owns the whole job. Not a general contractor who disappears, three subs who blame each other, and a homeowner left chasing all of them. We do the demolition, the drywall, the paint, the flooring, and the finish work ourselves.
Our shop is at 3823 Red Bluff Road in Pasadena, and we work across 14 cities in Harris, Brazoria, and Galveston counties — Houston, Deer Park, La Porte, Channelview, Pearland, Baytown, Friendswood, Texas City, and everywhere between. This is our own backyard, and our reputation here is the only advertising that has ever mattered to us.
We're a registered Texas LLC, we work in English and Spanish, and we quote every project in writing before we start. Returning customers and referrals get 15% off their next project — because most of our work comes from people who have already trusted us once.
